RETURNS

Return of New, Unopened, and Unused Products:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for new, unopened, and unused products purchased directly from www.foreverflawless.com or through the corporate office by phone.

Conditions: The products must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, in their original, sealed packaging, along with the original receipt and a letter explaining the reason for the return.

Process: Customers should contact the Forever Flawless office for return instructions by calling (470) 545-3577. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for exchanged items.

Refund: A refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to a 25% handling/restocking fee. The refund may take one to two billing cycles to appear on the customer’s statement.

 

Return/Exchange of Products Purchased from Third-Party Retailers:

 

Independent Retailers: If the product was purchased from an independent or third-party retailer, the customer must contact the specific point of sale for returns or exchanges. Forever Flawless Corporate cannot process returns for products purchased outside of their direct channels.

 

Satisfaction Guaranteed Program

 

Exchange Option:

  • Eligibility: Customers can return opened or used products and exchange them for any new Forever Flawless product of equal or lesser value. One exchange per product is allowed.

  • Process:Customers should ship back the product along with the original receipt and a note explaining why they are not satisfied. Regular shipping and handling fees apply.

 

Refund Option:

  • Eligibility:Customers can return the product for a full refund, minus a 25% handling/restocking fee.

  • Process: The product must be shipped back with the original receipt and a note explaining the reason for dissatisfaction. The refund will be processed once the product is received and inspected.

 

Program Eligibility:

The Satisfaction Guaranteed Program is applicable only for products purchased directly from www.foreverflawless.com or through the Forever Flawless corporate office. Some select retail locations may also honor the program if they have chosen to participate, but customers should confirm directly with the retailer.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $99 IN THE CONTINENTAL USA. We usually ship with FEDEX though reserve the rights to ship with UPS/ USPS/ DHL when needed.

 

Orders shipped outside the continental USA are charged with $39.95 flat fee to anywhere in the world. Orders inside the continental USA and are less than $99 will be charged with a flat fee of $9.95. We will make sure to try our best to send all orders as gifts. However, for international orders the customer is responsible for any duties or customs charges that may apply in different countries.
